A fire safety training was held for the staff at Royal Metropolitan University

On February 17, 2025, a fire safety briefing was held for the employees at the Educational Institution of the Royal Metropolitan University. The event was organized by the university’s management as part of strengthening the safety culture. The briefing was conducted by M.A. Sooronbaev, Head of the Fire and Rescue Division No. 4 of the Emergency Situations Department of the Pervomayski District of Bishkek.

Special attention was given to practical aspects: action algorithms in case of fire, compliance with fire safety standards in educational institutions, and minimizing risks during a fire.

The briefing aimed to update employees’ knowledge on modern approaches to fire safety. Additionally, as part of the briefing, employees and teachers received explanations about the current fire safety legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as learned the procedures for providing first aid to victims.
