The teaching staff of the RMU was awarded certificates of advanced training
From October 13 to October 25, 2025, the teaching staff completed a 72-hour advanced training course on the topic “Improving pedagogical skills in the context of educational transformation.”
The program is aimed at developing the professional competencies of teachers, improving the quality of the educational process and adapting to modern challenges and changes in the education system. During the training, the teachers considered topical issues of modernization of education, the introduction of digital technologies, the use of innovative teaching methods and the formation of a new pedagogical culture. Special attention was paid to the issues of personal growth of the teacher, the formation of flexible skills (pedagogical), as well as the development of critical and creative thinking. The teachers noted that the acquired knowledge and experience will make it possible to effectively use modern educational technologies and methods in their professional activities, developing the quality of education and upbringing of the younger generation.
The university management thanked all the teachers who participated in the course for their active work, interest and desire for professional growth.
