It also owns its separate property and has the right to manage it independently within the framework and limits established by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, its Charter, and founding documents.<\/p>\n
The university operates as an independent entity based on full commercial accounting, self-financing, and self-sufficiency, conducting its own educational, scientific, and financial-economic activities.<\/p>\n
